4 cups water
1 cup ground polenta
3 tbsp butter
1 cup Parmesan, grated
kosher salt & black pepper, to taste
1 cup ground polenta
3 tbsp butter
1 cup Parmesan, grated
kosher salt & black pepper, to taste
Bring the water to a boil and season with salt. Pour in the polenta and stir until creamy and the polenta grains are soft.
If the polenta becomes too thick add a little more water. The polenta should be loose enough to pour.
Season with a little more salt and fresh cracked black pepper. Stir in the butter and Parmesan cheese and then serve with your favorite braised meat dish, like chicken meatball bourguignon.
