Pomegranate Margarita
1/2 cup Kosher salt, to garnish
1 Lime, zested and juiced, plus wedges to garnish
1/3 cup Pomegranate juice
4 ounces Silver tequila
1 ounce Triple sec
Pomegranate seeds, to garnish
Ice, to serve

Mix the kosher salt and lime zest on a shallow plate. Run a lime wedge around the rim of two rocks glasses and dip the rim into the salt to coat. Place ice in the glasses and set aside.

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the pomegranate juice, tequila, triple sec, and lime juice. Shake the cocktail shaker for 10 to 20 seconds until well-combined. Strain into the two rocks glasses, garnish with a lime wedge and pomegranate seeds.
