Jamika's Pineapple Rum Slushie

All you need is the tropical wind in your hair!

Jamika's Pineapple Rum Slushie
6 ounces Pineapple juice
4 ounces Gold rum
2 ounces Simple syrup
2 ounces Fresh lime juice
8 Mint leaves
2 cups Ice cubes
1 cup Frozen pineapple chunks
Pineapple wedges, for garnish
Mint sprigs, for garnish

Combine the pineapple juice, rum, simple syrup, lime juice, and mint leaves in a blender carafe first, then top with the ice cubes and frozen pineapple.

Blend until very smooth. Pour into two tall glasses.

Garnish with pineapple wedges and mint sprigs. Serve with straws.
