Quick Microwave Salmon Rice Bowl With Sesame & Kimchee
1 cup Cooked rice
1 Cooked salmon fillet
1 Ice cube
Sriracha, to taste
Japanese mayo, to taste
1 Scallion, chopped
1 Lime wedge
2 tsp Toasted sesame seeds
4-5 Nori sheets
Kimchee, to taste

Place the rice and the salmon into a bowl and chop up with a fork. Place an ice cube on top and cover with parchment. Place in the microwave for about 3 minutes until hot. Remove the ice cube and top with the sriracha, mayo, scallions, lime, sesame seeds, kimchee, and nori to serve.
