4 ounces Creamy peanut butter
1/3 cup Graham cracker crumbs
12-16 ounces Milk chocolate chips
12 Cupcake liners
Heat 2 tablespoons butter and peanut butter together in the microwave (using a microwave-safe bowl) in 15 second increments until melted. Stir to combine and add the graham cracker crumbs. Continue to stir until well combined.
Melt the chocolate chips with the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter in a microwave-safe bowl in the microwave in 15 second increments, stirring each time, until the chocolate is melted.
Place cupcake liners in a cupcake tin. Scoop a teaspoon of melted chocolate into each cupcake liner. Scoop a teaspoon or more of peanut butter into each cupcake tin. Pour chocolate over each peanut butter cup until covered.
Place in the fridge to cool and set for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
