Meyer Lemon, Maple-Poached Blueberries With Coconut Yogurt
1 cup Coconut water
1 cup Blueberries
1 drop Stevia
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Maple syrup
1 Meyer lemon, juiced
For Serving:
Coconut yogurt
Meyer lemon zest, for garnish
Mint, for garnish

Combine ingredients in a saucepan. Boil then simmer for 5 minutes; let cool and chill until ready to use. Pour over coconut yogurt when chilled. Top with lemon zest and mint.
