Kylie Jenner's Banana Pancakes From Boxed Mix
1 Banana, overripe
1 cup Pancake mix
1/2 cup Plant-based milk, like almond or oat
1 Large egg
1 tbsp Light brown sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
Cooking spray, for greasing
Your favorite pancake toppings

Mash the banana well using a fork or potato masher in a large bowl. There should be no lumps.

Add the pancake mix to the mashed banana, along with the almond milk, egg, light brown sugar and vanilla extract. Whisk to combine.

Heat a large nonstick pan over medium heat and grease with a little bit of cooking spray. Pour ¼ cup batter into the pan, allow to become golden brown and bubble on top — about 2 to 3 minutes. Flip and allow to cook until golden on the other side — about another minute or two.

Serve with your favorite toppings!
