Green smoothie
1 Banana, frozen, ripe, small
1/2 cup Pineapple chunks, frozen
1/2 cup Lacinato kale, stemmed
1/2 cup Orange juice, freshly-squeezed
1/2 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
1 tablespoon Ginger, freshly-grated
Ice, as needed

Add the banana, pineapple, kale, orange juice, milk and ginger to the carafe of a blender.

Blend until smooth, adding more milk as needed for consistency.
