Jamika's Grilled Jerk Chicken Wings

Jamika's Grilled Jerk Chicken Wings
Jerk Spice Marinade:
2 teaspoons Ground allspice
2 teaspoons Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
2 tablespoons Cayenne pepper
3 tablespoons Sugar
1 teaspoons Dried parsley
1 teaspoons Black pepper
2 tablespoons Kosher salt
1 teaspoon Ground ginger
1 teaspoons Smoked paprika
1/2 Bunch of green onions
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
4 Scotch bonnet peppers
1 Lime, juiced
1 Orange, juiced
3 pounds Chicken wings
Jerk BBQ Sauce:
1 tablespoon Jerk spice (reserved from above)
1/4 cup Orange or pineapple juice
1 cup BBQ sauce of choice

Blend Jerk spices, green onions, mustard, lime juice, and orange juice in a blender or food processor. Place chicken wings in a plastic bag and pour in marinade. Refrigerate for 4–24 hours.

Heat grill to approximately 350˚F. Place chicken on grill and cook 15-20 minutes depending on the thickness of the wings. Turn wings throughout cooking time to avoid burning. Once the chicken is cooked to 165˚F internally, remove from heat.

Combine all of the ingredients for the BBQ sauce and serve alongside the chicken.
