1 tsp Chili powder
1 tsp Lemon pepper
1 tsp Baking powder
Big pinch of kosher salt
1 tsp Lemon zest
2 tbsp Olive oil
For the White BBQ Sauce::
1/2 cup Mayo

Combine all the seasonings (paprika, chili powder, lemon pepper, baking powder, salt, lemon zest) in the chicken rub mixture and evenly rub into all the drumsticks. Let sit in the refrigerator for 1-2 hrs.

Preheat an oven to 425 degrees F. Line a sheet pan with foil and set a baking rack inside it. Drizzle the drumsticks with the olive oil and lay out on the rack. Roast till the skin is crisp and browned and the chicken is cooked through, about 30 minutes.

For the white bbq sauce, combine all ingredients in a small bowl and top with fresh chives.
