How to Recreate a Fast-Food Chicken Sandwich in Your Air Fryer

We all love a crispy and crunchy fried chicken sandwich from a fast-food restaurant. Is it possible to recreate it at home and have it taste just as delicious? Follow these five steps!

Use an Air Fryer!

Air frying the chicken instead of deep-frying it not only makes it taste just as delicious. It also keeps the calories and fat in check! Using the air fryer can potentially save you about 200 calories and 16 grams of fat.

You'll want to set your air fryer at 375 degrees F and cook the chicken on one side for about 6-9 minutes. Flip the chicken over and cook for another 6-9 minutes. Check the cutlet periodically with a meat thermometer — it's cooked to juicy perfection when it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
