Erika Vonie's Simple Drip Coffee
8 tbsp Medium roasted coffee beans
3 cups Filtered water

First, scoop 2 rounded tablespoons of whole bean coffee per 6 ounces of water into the burr grinder. (For 24 ounces of coffee, for example, I'd use 8 rounded tablespoons of coffee beans.)

Grind the coffee to a medium grind size. (Burr grinders have adjustable grind sizes; drip coffee works best with a medium grind size.)

Add the paper filter to the basket in the coffee maker. Wet the filter to get rid of the papery taste and discard the water you used to wet the filter.

Add the ground coffee to the filter in the basket. Add water to the reservoir of the coffee maker. Hit the button and brew!
