Super Quick & Easy Dutch Baby Pancake

Super Quick & Easy Dutch Baby Pancake
3/4 cup Flour
3/4 cup Milk
3 Eggs
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
2 tablespoons Butter
Your favorite toppings (Maple syrup, yogurt, whipped cream, fruit, etc)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Place a 10-inch cast-iron skillet into the oven while you make the batter.

In a large bowl, whisk to combine the flour, milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, and salt. You can also mix the batter in a blender.

Remove the pan from the oven and add in the butter. Once melted, add in the batter and place back into the oven for 15 to 20 minutes until puffed up and golden.

Top with your favorite ingredients and serve!
