Mini cheesecakes
Ganache and whipped cream:
1/2 cup Heavy cream
2 tablespoons Confectioners sugar
8 ounces Semi-sweet chocolate
1/2-3/4 cup Heavy cream
Cheesecakes:
8-10 mini cheesecakes, store bought
Board ideas:
Blackberries
Pirouettes
Strawberries
Raspberries
Marshmallows
Graham crackers
Vanilla wafers
Angel food cake cubes
Shortbread cookies
Pretzels
Chocolate chips
Waffle cone pieces

Whipped Cream:

In the bowl of the stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, add the cream and confectioners’ sugar and beat on high speed until medium-stiff peaks form.

Ganache:

Place the chocolate into a heat-proof bowl. Heat the cream in a small saucepan until simmering over medium heat. Pour the cream over the chocolate, allow to sit for 5 minutes, then stir all to combine until smooth and incorporated.

Assembly:

Place the whipped cream and ganache in bowls. Place the bowls on a large board and place the cheesecakes all over the board.

Slice some of the cheesecakes in half if large for easier dipping. Add your favorite berries and cookies around the board to serve.
