Create this delicious chocolate treat from Daphne Oz's book.
2 tbsp raw honey
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
1 13-oz can original or “lite” coconut milk, shaken
Blend all the ingredients until smooth and pour the mixture into ice pop molds. Insert the base and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until set. Loosen by running the molds under warm water. Enjoy!
