Made with almond flour.
1 cup Almond flour
2/3 cup Cocoa powder
1/4 tsp Baking powder
1/4 tsp Kosher salt
1 cup Butter, melted, plus more for the skillet
1 tbsp Vanilla
1/4 cup Toasted almonds, chopped
Unsweetened whipped cream
Fresh pitted cherries
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 6-inch cast iron skillet.
Place the sugar, almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt into a large bowl and whisk to combine. Whisk in the butter, vanilla, and eggs.
Scoop or spoon the batter into the prepared skillet. Smooth the top and place in the oven.
Bake for 40 minutes until set but still a little gooey in the center.
Let cool to room temperature and garnish with whipped cream, almonds, and a cherry on top if you like!
