Crescent-Wrapped Kielbasa With Honey-Dijon Dipping Sauce
1 lb Kielbasa, sliced lengthwise then into 1-inch rounds
1-2 Cans of crescent dough
1/3 cup Dijon mustard
1 tbsp Fresh thyme leaves
1 Large egg, beaten
1 tsp Caraway seed
2 tsp Poppy seeds
2 tsp Flaky sea salt
Dipping Sauce:
1/2 cup Mayo
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1-2 tbsp Honey
Dash of hot sauce, optional

Preheat the oven to 375ºF. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Slice each crescent triangle in half lengthwise. Stir together in the mustard and thyme in a small bowl.

Place the kielbasa on the wide end of each crescent triangle and roll up to seal. Repeat with all dough and remaining kielbasa. Place the rolls next to each other in a wreath shape with a double ring, they should be touching.

Brush with egg, sprinkle with caraway seeds, poppy seeds and flaky salt, and place in the oven to bake for 18 to 22 minutes until golden brown.

Meanwhile, make the dipping sauce. In a small bowl combine the mayonnaise, dijon mustard, honey and hot sauce if desired. Place in a bowl that fits in the center of the wreath. Serve.
