This dessert recipe is the perfect combination of bitter and sweet.
2 cups Dark chocolate (chopped)
2 tsp Coconut oil
1/2 cup Ground pistachios
Wash and dry the strawberries and set aside. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the chocolate into a heat-proof bowl and place over a pot filled halfway with water. Heat the pot over medium heat.
Add the coconut oil to the chocolate and stir until melted.
Dip the each dry strawberry into the chocolate 3/4 of the way up and place on the parchment to set.
Once all of the strawberries have been dipped and the chocolate has set slightly, sprinkle with the pistachio dust.
Let set completely at room temperature and serve.
