2 Ripe bananas
1/2 cup Almond milk
1/4 cup Maple syrup
1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Kosher salt
1 tbsp Cocoa powder
1/2 cup Bitter-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Place all of the ingredients (except for the cooking spray, almonds & powdered sugar) into a blender. Pulse to blend until just combined.
Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray and then add in the batter. Sprinkle with sliced almonds and place into the oven. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
Dust with powdered sugar and serve!
