Breakfast on the go just got better!
1/2 cup Vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup Natural peanut butter
1/3 cup Mini chocolate chips (or raisins, dried blueberries, or cacao nibs)
3 tablespoons Raw honey
1 tablespoon Chia seeds
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
2 to 4 tablespoons Almond milk
Flaky sea salt (optional)
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well with your hands.
Wash your hands and then start rolling into balls. The residual water on your hands will help keep the balls from sticking to your hands.
Place the balls on a platter or baking sheet and freeze for 30 minutes until firm and set.
Top with flaky salt, if desired.
