The best of BBQ and dessert.
3.5 oz Brownie mix, prepared according to box directions
3 oz Mini marshmallows
3 oz Vanilla ice cream
1 oz Chocolate sauce
Preheat the oven to 325ºF. Place Graham Crackers in the bottom of a cast iron skillet, and press down so that it is packed and firm.
Add brownie mix and ensure mix is evenly distributed in the cast iron. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Once brownie is cooked, top with mini marshmallows and ensure they cover brownie. Use a culinary torch carefully to brown evenly. (Or you can place under the broiler for a few minutes until browned on top.)
Top torched marshmallows with ice cream and drizzle with chocolate sauce.
