Air-Fryer Homemade French Fries
2 Russet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch thick slices
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
Kosher salt, to taste
Ketchup, mayo, and sriracha for dipping

Bring a large saucepan of salted water to a boil.

Add the potatoes and allow to par-cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Drain in a colander and rinse with cold water. Pat very dry using a paper towel.

Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees F.

Toss the potatoes with the vegetable oil and fry in two batches, if necessary.

Place the potatoes into the air fryer basket and fry for 15 to 20 minutes, tossing every 5 minutes or so for even browning. Remove and immediately season with salt.

Serve hot with ketchup, mayo and sriracha for dipping.
