Save the calories without sacrificing flavor.
2 tbsp Sesame oil
1/2 tsp Onion powder
Pinch of salt
3 tbsp Sriracha
4 Salmon fillets, 6 oz each
Olive oil spray
2 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Sesame seeds
Pickled onions, for serving
Cooked rice, for serving
2 Persian cucumbers, thinly sliced
2 Scallions, thinly sliced
Sriracha Mayo Sauce:
2 tbsp Mayo
2 tbsp Sriracha
1 tsp Sesame oil
1 tbsp Soy sauce
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.
In a large bowl, combine the soy, sesame, onion powder, salt, and sriracha and add the salmon fillets. Let sit for about 30 minutes.
Spray the tray of the air fryer with oil and place the salmon into the air fryer skin side down and cook for 8 minutes.
Open the air fryer and brush the fillets with honey and sprinkle with the sesame seeds and place back into the air fryer for 1 minute.
Make the sriracha mayo by combining all of the sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
Plate the salmon with rice and pickled onions and top with the cucumbers, scallions and the sriracha mayo.
